RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At SOEK®, we want you to love your sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process for all online purchases.

Which items can be returned?

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Faulty or incorrectly sent items will be replaced or refunded.

Sale items, free gifts, or promotional items cannot be returned.

Online Purchases:

Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Authorization: Please email info@soeksunglasses.co.za
 with your order number before returning any items. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition of Items: Sunglasses must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, please indicate this when requesting your return authorization. Exchanges are subject to availability, shipping costs are for the customers own account

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, promotional items, or gifts cannot be refunded, but exchanges may be offered.

WARRANTY

SOEK PTY LTD EYEWEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

SOEK Pty Ltd eyewear products are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized Soek retailer that clearly shows the purchase date. Soek Pty Ltd does not warrant against any lens scratches. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Soek lenses will void this warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Soek Pty Ltd. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Scratched lenses are not covered under Soek Pty Ltd’s warranty policy.

Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then Soek Pty Ltd will incur the cost of any further freight charges. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on Soek Pty Lt’d standard shipping rates.

Soek Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS

Your complete name, current return address, telephone number and email address.

A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting.

A copy of your dated receipt or order reference number. 

 

REFUND TIMELINE

All Refunds can take 10-15 business days, after receiving returned goods, to be cleared.

All orders will be dispatched the next Business day

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the details of the shipping company and tracking number if applicable.
