RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If I am unhappy with my sunglasses can I return or exchange them?
Yes no problem. SOEK® aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you would like to return or exchange please contact us first.
- Returns must be in brand new condition, with original box.
- Returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the original delivery to you.
If your SOEK™ sunglasses has a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, repair or replace them for you at no cost.
When can I expect a refund?
We don't withhold refunds. Refunds are normally processed the same working day after the returned goods are inspected and approved.
WARRANTY
What is my Warranty Policy?
We stand by the quality of our products. All SOEK® sunglasses are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 12 months.
SOEK® does not warrant against accidents or lack of care that result in cracks, breakage or dents. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered. Assessment of any products under warranty remain at the discretion of SOEK®.
